Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for store credit. Items must be in their original condition (unworn/unused) and in original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

 

 Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the damage or error. We will send a replacement shirt.

Proof of Purchase:

  • To process any exchanges, a proof of purchase (such as the order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Custom Shirt Store Refund Policy

 Custom Shirt Returns and Exchanges:

  • Non-returnable Policy: Due to the personalized nature of custom shirts, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been produced, unless there is a defect or error on our part (e.g., incorrect design, size, or print).
  • Exchanges for Incorrect Size or Color: We recommend referring to our size guide before placing an order. If you receive a shirt in the wrong size due to an error on our part, we will exchange it for the correct size free of charge.
